1. In Outlook, right click on the account you want to manage. Then click on “Account Properties“.

 

2. Click on “Account Settings” and select “Server Settings“.

Instructions for IMAP Settings:

Jump to POP Settings

There is no easy switch between POP and IMAP. Contact us for instructions if you need to do that.

Enter all settings as shown below. When done, click the down arrow for “Outgoing mail“. (Do NOT click “Next”, we are not done, yet.)

Enter settings for outgoing mail server:

Click “Next”.

Click “Done”. Outlook will automatically send a test message to your account or display an error message. If you receive an error, go back and check all settings. If it still does not work, call support: 267-231-2319.
